eco print

At the last MAWS conference, I had cause to be a teensy bit envious as some of my friends were bringing from Judith Colvin’s Eco-print class their exquisite works of fiber art, with beautiful botanicals, natural colors, some touched with pink from a cochineal bath.  Here is a gorgeous creation by Bev Polk, fellow MAWS member and friend, designed and dyed in Judith’s class.  Did I mention I was a tad green with envy?  Judith’s class was full and I was unable to get in.  Another time, I sighed, hoping that we would get Judith for a reprise at the next conference.

And so we shall!!!  The uber-talented Judith Colvin will be teaching her eco-print class at the 2018 conference, as well as a small felt bag class, felting being another specialty of hers.  Allow your artistic side to bloom!

You can dive into either of these fun classes with little to no experience in dying or felting.  Judith is a patient and resourceful teacher who will walk you through the process of creating your own lovely piece of fiber art!

There is currently space in both these classes, but do not delay!  Register here today!
