Learn to enjoy the pleasures of gathering flowers and plants to be used for the purpose of dyeing yarns and fabrics. We will simmer the plant materials to the desired shades and submerge fibers into the dye bath. Go home with a sample booklet of the papers, fabric, and fibers that we dyed in class. This will be the beginning of your reference book for producing natural dyes in the future. |
